The online form is hosted on ePly's web server, so registrants can click on a "click here to register" link from your website to the registration form, or you can print the address of the form in your promotional material. Event participants enter their information into the online form, select a payment option (if payment is required) and click "submit". The ePly system stores the registration data in an online database and sends the event participant an email confirming their registration.
