Credit Card Processing
Credit Card Processing Details
If you need real time credit card processing for your
event there are two options:

ePly is pleased to offer discounted per registrant
fees for registered charitable organizations.

Proof of registered charity status is required
for discounted rates. Canadian Charities must be
9 digit numbers with RR as the designation. US Charities
under 501(c)(3)

Email Marketing
Promote your event with a professional email marketing
campaign.
Option #1 – ePly will build, test and deliver
your email campaign for you.
- Set up cost per email - $275.00
- $100.00 per send plus $0.03 per email sent
Option #2 – Build, test and deliver your own
campaign using the email software we offer.
- One time account set up - $50.00
- Monthly account and support fee - $25.00
- Per email sent $0.03 (minimum $5.00 per
send)

Name Badge Formatting
If you need to print name badges for your event,
we can help. Simply provide us with your badge stock
dimensions, the information you would like on the
badge and a logo or image if any. We’ll then create
a PDF file and email it to you for printing.
- $0.50 per badge with a $50.00 minimum
